Javier trained in agronomical engineering at UPV and completed his PhD at IBMCP. Following postdoctoral work at the Salk Institute and UCLA, he returned to IBMCP in 2020 to establish the lab and has been a CSIC tenured researcher since 2024.

Joan studied Biotechnology at UPV and joined the lab in February 2021 as a Master's student. After a JAE Intro fellowship, he began his PhD characterizing the function of Snf2 chromatin remodelers in plants.

Jaime studied Biotechnology at UPV and joined in February 2021 for a Master's project in bioinformatics. After a JAE Intro fellowship, he began his PhD studying how diverse Snf2 remodelers affect transcription.

Graduate student · MSCA fellow
Carlos studied Biotechnology in Granada, worked at the University of East Anglia and Tropic Biosciences, and joined in 2023 through the MSCA EpiSeedLink network. He studies DELLA-dependent transcription in chromatin, co-directed by Dr Alabadí.
